We talk about blockages in chakras, and clearing and balancing chakras. But why? And what exactly do chakras do?

What And Where Are The Chakra Points?

Chakras are energy centres within the body. We actually have many, but most often people refer to seven of the main chakra points, beginning at the base of the torso and extending up beyond the crown of the head. First, let’s briefly cover where these main chakras are and the areas to which they’re linked:

There’s a lot more detail we could go into, such as which Archangels and psychic abilities are linked to each chakra (this is something I discuss in my Akashic Record readings), but for the sake of this post, we’ll keep it brief.

What Do Our Chakras Do?

I mentioned that they are energy centres. To be more specific, chakras work like antennas that pick up emotional and spiritual energy from your etheric body to be transmitted around your physical body.

Chakras also absorb prana, which is then distributed to the organs and tissues within your body.

So What If There’s A Blockage?

As you can imagine, if there’s a blockage in one or more of your chakras, the flow of energy and prana is interfered with and prevented from reaching all of your organs and tissue. Over time, this blockage can lead to potential physical, emotional and psychological illness.

Blockages in the chakras are most commonly caused by severe emotional and mental stressors. It’s normal to experience strenuous times in life, however holding onto the memory of these experiences feeds potential blockages and starves the body of vital prana. We can, however, learn about which chakra is blocked, and which aspect of our focus requires attention based on where physical aches and pains arise.

And while we’re talking about memories… chakras can retain the memory of emotional and spiritual experiences, just as our brains retain memories of our 3D experiences. This is why it’s important to routinely cleanse and balance our chakras.

Removing Blockages

There are many ways to remove blockages in our chakras: binaural beats, spending time in nature, meditation, and much more. Experiment a little to find out what works best for you. And remember that different times and situations might call for different approaches, so what doesn’t work for you at one point, might work well at another.

  1. Hi Amelia This is Lucinda Savona. I am a regular viewer of your YouTube channel. Sorry to bother you but one of my comments on one of your YouTube videos has been hit by a spammer. You had already read my comment. For some unknown reason YouTube highlighted the spammers comment & altered me to the comment. The female spammer tried to hide the spam email address in her comment which was totally unrelated to what I had written. I know there’s not a lot you can do but I thought I should let you know. Reguards Lucinda.
